Masonry and Structural Work
Structural work is the part of a project a client never sees again once it is finished, which is exactly why it has to be right first time. Apex Azur carries out blockwork, brickwork, load-bearing alterations and structural repairs across the Côte d’Azur, on both older stone properties and modern construction.
What We Do

- Structural repairs — cracked or bowing walls, failed lintels, movement at foundation level
Removing Walls Safely
Opening up a ground floor is one of the most common requests we get, and it is not a job for guesswork. We establish what the wall is carrying, arrange the appropriate structural input where the load requires it, install proper temporary support, and fit a beam sized for the job. Only then does the wall come out.
Older Properties
Traditional stone buildings in the Alpes-Maritimes move, and they do not always respond well to modern materials being bolted onto them. We assess what the building is doing before recommending a repair, and use materials compatible with the original construction where that matters.
