Apex Azur takes on complete construction and renovation projects across the Côte d’Azur — new homes, extensions, remodelling, rebuilds and the sort of whole-property renovation where nothing is left untouched. One Point of Contact
A renovation needs masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrics, plastering and tiling, usually in a specific order. We manage that for you through an established network of qualified local tradespeople, so you are not chasing six separate contractors and holding the programme together yourself. You deal with Matt, in English, for the whole project.
Working With Owners Who Live Abroad
Many of our clients own the property from the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia or elsewhere and are not on site while the work runs. We are used to it: agreed decision points, progress reported by email and photograph, and no work carried out beyond the written quotation without your say-so.

Each project begins with a detailed discussion and assessment so the work can be planned around your expectations, your property and your budget. We survey free of charge, quote in writing at a fixed price, and give you a realistic programme rather than an optimistic one.
