From the moment the date of work commencement and cost estimate were agreed, everything ran smoothly. Matt Cocozza and his team, who are all English speaking, were a joy to work with. The work consisted of complete removal of tiles, wooden supports and a disused chimney, removal of old insulation and complete cleaning of the roof space, and new supports and tiles with modern insulation plus new gutters and down pipes.
