What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to reply to you:
- The name, telephone number and email address you type into our enquiry form.
- The details of your enquiry, and any photo you choose to attach.
- Standard server log data (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security.
How we use it
Your enquiry is emailed to us so we can answer it and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not share them with anyone except where we are legally required to.
Photos you upload
A photo sent with an enquiry is attached to the email and then deleted from the website. It is never published anywhere, and never stored in the site’s media library.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job and for our accounting and tax records, then deleted.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in. If you choose to load the map, Google may set its own cookies at that point — the map is not loaded until you click it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email matt.cocozza06@gmail.com and we will deal with your request without unnecessary delay.
