On the Côte d’Azur the outside of a property gets used almost as much as the inside. Apex Azur builds the driveways, terraces, pool surrounds, carports and pergolas that make that work — properly excavated, properly founded, and finished by hand.

The Part Underneath
A driveway is only as good as what it sits on. We excavate to the depth the ground and the use require, build and compact a proper sub-base, and then lay every stone or cobble by hand to line and level. It is slower than the alternative, and it is the reason our driveways are still flat years later rather than rutted where the cars park.
Stone, Travertine and Cobble
Natural stone needs selecting and cutting individually — crazy paving in particular is genuinely handmade, piece by piece. Travertine around a pool needs the falls, the drainage and the step detail worked out before the first slab goes down. We handle both, along with the drainage system, so the finished area sheds water rather than holding it.
